Kat and Angie dive into the relationship sphere of jobs. All the people you meet along the way, how to build those relationships, and leaving a lasting impression. Kat comes in with a unique background of being early in her career but having interviewed dozens of people, as well as being interviewed many times. She was a manager at an amusement park, hiring seasonal employees ranging from teens to adults. She was also part of the hiring committee at an expert network, interviewing candidates alongside a team lead with behavioral questions and case studies. Kat also interviews regularly, keeping her skills sharp and bringing in her expertise from the interviewee perspective.  Angie has experience on being interviewed by different companies and organizations. She currently works for a Big 4 firm, having interviewed with 2/4 big 4s, but also has some experience interviewing for government agencies like the FBI. Tune in as the two discuss some best practices, general tips, and share their personal stories of things that went well and well... not so well.
