Men’s Mental Health Month doesn’t always feel like a thing people are actively thinking about. You can see it in the way men move through their days. A bit quieter. A bit more withdrawn. Replying when they can, not when they feel like it. Sitting in the car longer than they need to before going inside. Saying “I’m fine” out of habit more than honesty. It’s not usually one big moment where things become too much. It’s more how a man slowly gets used to carrying things without saying it out loud.
