I’ve spent most of this year stepping away from social media as a core strategy. I still show up occasionally, but I’m no longer relying on it to bring in clients - and the difference it’s made to my business has been INSANE. This episode is about what changes when you stop defaulting to Instagram as your main visibility tool, and start rebuilding your marketing in a way that fits your nervous system, energy, and capacity. I break down: • Why social media isn’t a required part of getting clients • The growing burnout and resistance many coaches are feeling around content creation • What changed in my own business when I stopped relying on posting • Why consistency doesn’t have to mean daily visibility • How neurodivergent-friendly consistency actually works in practice • Alternative visibility strategies that don’t depend on social media algorithms • Why pulling back can increase clarity, clients, and momentum.

Why 'niching down' in 2026 is no longer optional for coaches & how to choose a niche that amplifies your creative freedom.

The Neuro-Friendly Sales Accelerator [https://www.neuropreneurrising.com/nfsa] The Procrastination Station (Free) [https://pollypollock.thrivecart.com/procrastinationstation/] If you’ve ever struggled to “niche down” as a coach with ADHD because your brain has a million ideas, interests and ways you know you could help people… this episode is going to hit home harddddd. In today’s ep, I’m breaking down why so many new and early-stage coaches with ADHD resist niching, why social media advice has made this whole thing 10x more confusing, and the real reason clarity actually creates more creativity, momentum and freedom in your business, not less. We talk about: * why ADHD brains struggle with commitment, restriction and “choosing one thing” * the difference between being multi-passionate vs lacking clarity * why vague positioning makes marketing, partnerships and visibility way harder * the ethical side of niching that nobody talks about enough * how to niche in a way that feels aligned, creative and sustainable for your brain * a super simple framework to help you work out your niche without overcomplicating it Let's geawwww!

7 'shiny object' distractions keeping online coaches with ADHD stuck below a full-time income.

The Neuro-Friendly Sales Accelerator (Work w/ me) [https://www.neuropreneurrising.com/nfsa] The Procrastination Station (FREE Drop-In Group Sessions) [https://pollypollock.thrivecart.com/procrastinationstation/] This ep is a brutally honest conversation about distraction in online business, ADHD, shiny object syndrome, and the reason so many coaches stay stuck below a full-time income for years. We’re diving into: * social media addiction and comparisonitis * constantly pivoting niches, offers, and strategies * relying solely on posting instead of building real connections * creating endless offers instead of mastering one sellable offer * chasing more qualifications instead of taking action * impatience, burnout, and the pressure to become an overnight success * trying to be everywhere instead of showing up consistently in the right places If you’ve ever thought: “I’m working so gahd damn hard… so why isn’t this working yet?” this episode is for you.
