Good morning, my loves… Today’s reflection is about routine, discipline, alignment, and what happens when we stop doing the very things that help us feel grounded. When life gets hard, busy, or emotionally heavy, it’s easy to convince ourselves that we’ll journal tomorrow, pray later, work out next week, or make time for ourselves once everything settles down. But what if those things are part of the reason we were able to keep going in the first place? In this episode, I reflect on feeling out of alignment, being “down 2 in the finals,” and remembering that the habits that support us deserve the same attention as the goals we’re working toward. Because sometimes winning looks like losing. Sometimes growth feels uncomfortable. And sometimes the answer isn’t working harder. It’s returning to the routine that helped you get here. HANDLE HER WITH CARE.

Good Morning, My Loves: Close the Door

Good morning, my loves… Sometimes the thing keeping us from moving forward isn’t what’s in front of us. It’s what we left open behind us. In this episode, I share a simple moment in my kitchen that became a powerful reminder about unfinished business, closing chapters, and recognizing the things that quietly block our progress. Whether it’s a relationship, a career, a business, grief, or even a version of ourselves we’ve outgrown, sometimes we have to close one door before the next one can fully open. Today’s journal reflection asks: What’s still open in my life that needs to be closed? Take a few moments today to reflect on what you’ve already learned, what you’ve already received, and what you’re ready to release. Sometimes the path forward begins with closing the door behind you. Good Morning, My Loves: More Than the Scoreboard

Good morning, my loves… How do you calculate value? Is value measured by the trophy, the championship ring, the bank account, or the final score? Or is there value in the experience, relationships, opportunities, and lessons we gain along the way? In this episode, I reflect on entrepreneurship, personal growth, and the NBA Finals through the lens of value. Looking at players like De’Aaron Fox and the championship-winning Knicks, I explore how we often judge success by a single moment, a single mistake, or a single outcome while overlooking the years of growth, trust, experience, and preparation that made those moments possible. As business owners, parents, partners, and people pursuing our goals, we can sometimes miss the value we’re creating simply because it hasn’t shown up as profit, recognition, or a trophy yet. Today’s journal reflection asks: Where am I overlooking value because it hasn’t become visible yet? Take some time to reflect on the opportunities, experiences, relationships, and lessons you’re building. You may be creating more value than you realize. HANDLE HER WITH CARE. Love, Jahari

Good Morning, My Loves: Grace to Rearrange

Good morning, my loves… Today’s reflection begins with a simple morning check-in: what truly needs my attention today, and what can wait? Inspired by the affirmation Because of who I am, I welcome this new day with intention and grace, this episode explores resilience, grief, entrepreneurship, and the quiet expectation many women carry to keep pressing through no matter what. Just because we can carry the weight… does that mean we should? Through personal reflection, this conversation makes space for grace, emotional honesty, and the decision to rearrange your day when your well-being requires it. This is your reminder that being strong does not mean ignoring yourself. Presence requires intention. Grace requires honesty. Take your time this morning. HANDLE HER WITH CARE
