As we see more white collar jobs being taken over by AI and more blue collar jobs paying higher salaries, we ask the question - "Is college worth it?" Today we talk about the pros, the cons, and our experience with college. Enjoy!

Student and Athlete Mental Health

We've got a great one for you guys. It's a topic we've been needing to discuss but really wanted to wait until we had some experts in the house. Today, Michael Morgan and Mark Wilkes join us. They are licensed marriage and family therapists from Momentum Counseling Services, just down the road in Sandy, who both see a lot of athletes and have a ton of great info and advice for us. In the classroom we see a lot of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and even deal with it ourselves. So what better way to tackle the topic than to bring in a couple of experts with over 20 years combined experience. We also go into some sports psychology and a little bit of what athletes go through. And of course, "making the grade" movie edition. Enjoy!
