Gettysburg is practically synonymous with ghost stories and haunted locations. There are even reported Bigfoot sightings in the area. But what many people don't realize is that there have been many UFO sightings over the town and historic battlefield throughout the years. Bigfoot Sightings in Vermont | Chittenden and Lamoille Counties

Vermont is home to all sorts of bizarre cryptids, and most famously to Champ, the Lake Champlain monster. But like its New England sister states, it has its fair share of Bigfoot sightings as well. So this week I'm looking at Chittenden and Lamoille counties in northern Vermont. Stories include: a family driving at night near Colchester spotting a white Sasquatch in the snow; a retired nurse in Eden sees a Bigfoot walking on her property one sunny morning; a family staying at their remote cabin in the woods of Morrisville hear terrifying scream - and then an even more frightening creature; and a man and his family in the woods looking for a Christmas Tree find large, fresh footprints in the snow - but no person was around to make them. UFO Sightings in Connecticut | Bantam and Morris

Last weekend, I was back in one of my favorite places, Bantam Lake, in Litchfield, Connecticut. We were there to go to Robin Hood's Medieval Faire in Harwinton, and to camp at Point Folly. Bigfoot Sightings That Probably Weren't Bigfoot | A Blurry Line Between Monster & Mistaken Identity

While many Bigfoot sightings can make for very compelling witness testimony, there are always alleged encounters with the creature that are much less so. Sometimes the Sasquatch is seen at a great distance, sometimes it closely resembles a bear, and on rare occasions, a case can be made for it simply being a man in a gorilla suit. For our 200th episode, I'm examining some Bigfoot sightings that probably weren't actually Bigfoot.
