A synopsis of my 2023 experiences as I spend a half an hour with God discussing my pressing concerns and what I am believing for.

OHWTK : A Time and A Season

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 famously describes the concept of time, stating that everything has its season: a time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot, a time to kill and a time to heal, etc. It reflects on the cyclical nature of life and the inevitability of change, emphasizing that each phase has its purpose and should be accepted as part of the divine plan.

How Effective is Prayer and Fasting?

Prayer and fasting can have profound positive effects on individuals. Through prayer, people often experience a sense of peace, connection, and clarity as they engage in spiritual reflection and communication with a higher power. Fasting, whether it's abstaining from food or other indulgences, can promote self-discipline, physical detoxification, and a deeper spiritual focus. Together, prayer and fasting can foster spiritual growth, strengthen faith, and enhance overall well-being. As long as we do both we are limitless in the Spirit. Just taking the time to focus fully on Jesus has been a huge blessing for me and for those around me even if they don’t know it. Amen!
