Dr. Kashin is a Maternal-Fetal Medicine Nurse Practitioner at UF Health Shands Hospital who generously volunteers her time with organizations that host local and international medical aid trips. She shares her experience offering medical care to war torn areas of Ukraine and assisting Ukrainian refugees. After growing up as a refugee with only his brother, he came to the United States at the age of 18 and entered high school. He is now a practicing Emergency Medicine Physician in Tallahassee, Florida. He is also involved in refugee advocacy work here in Florida.
