Janae Mariner has always been a badass, but she hasn’t always been the crossfit and endurance athlete you’ll meet in this week’s podcast episode. Health and fitness have not always been a priority for Janae and didn’t become so until after she gave birth to her first child. Janae knew she wanted more children and desperately wanted to be the kind of parent who could keep up with her kiddos while also setting a great example for her family - she realized in order to do that, she would need to take control of her weight and her health.
