Sana Sana
I am used to living a fast-paced lifestyle. Every single thing on my to-do list was getting done, no matter what. And cancer ruined that for me, in more ways than one. Besides the obvious, cancer and chemo treatment were overwhelming. They slowed me down and took away the natural rhythm of my life that I was so accustomed to. I needed to get back to my life. I needed to feel like myself again, and not like I’m just a patient. So I went on a mission to address the overwhelm, and all these years later, I can share with you what worked and what didn’t. In this week’s episode, we’re talking about how to reduce overwhelm and get your momentum back as a cancer survivor. Being chronically overwhelmed is what is keeping you exhausted. So if you want to get your life back, you’re going to have to make some changes to work with your treatment, rather than against it. Tune in and grab your notebooks because we have a lot to cover this week!
