One of my clients emailed đ§ me in a bit of a panic She said, and I quote âHelp, my fence is falling down đ After a second or two, I was able to put what she was asking together Her rate of attrition was very high, and she was losing customers and clients faster and faster My first question was, what are you doing to keep them? I often refer to clients with this, Where is your fence lying at??
