Today’s podcast is a conversation about what it looks like to attain, to train and to sustain those wellness habits that with the grace of God, a mountain of self-awareness, accountabilty and a continued willingness to try, WE CAN do better and be better LIVE WELL WARRIORS.  My favorite question on the QUEST TO LIVE WELL IS:  What are you willing to do TODAY AND EVERYDAY FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE so that when you're dead and gone, folks will say "SHE/HE LIVED WELL?"
