living your life is one thing but living it in survival mode is another. You might be doing that right now without even being aware of it. Not many people are looking closely at their behavioral and emotional patterns, but if they do, things will be much clearer and they will get to understand themselves better. In survival mode, you are not living your life to the fullest and surviving on the bare minimum whether it's your physical needs or emotional. I know how hard it is to keep yourself calm when you struggle with mental health issues like anxiety, depression, etc (trust me, mental health illnesses don't end here) When I was at the worse point of my struggle with anxiety, I used to find it so hard to keep myself calm. My mind was racing all the time and that manifests as physical symptoms too at some point, For eg: sweating, increased heart rate, hyperventilating, etc. I didn't know at that time what was causing all this but I decided to take it step by step and first started finding things that calmed me down or brought me to the present moment. To this day, I do them as daily practice because they have not just helped me heal but made me more happier and content as a person. I hope the tips/things I share in this episode do that for you as well. Even if you are mentally healthy, (which is great) they are going to be useful considering the fast-paced world we live in.
