I meditate on average about 15 minutes a day and it's changed my life. I write down the thoughts in my mind. I become aware of my thoughts and the freedom I have to choose to act on them or not. I know when I've been at peace with a decision, it's worked out well for me almost every time. I am considering an investment in my business. Part of me thinks I'm not comfortable hiring this service as I don't know them. Part of me thinks there is a guaranteed refund if I'm not satisfied. Then part of me wonders what if they don't perform or honor the guarantee. Then I think, if I have an agreement and they don't honor it, I can get a refund from the credit card company assuming I pay by credit card. Even with those thoughts, I'm still not comfortable. I need to milk all the learning and growth I can out of this situation. By being aware of my thoughts, I can think more clearly and pay closer attention to the thoughts that arise in my mind rather than being controlled by the emotions those thoughts create. I'm going to listen more and more deeply to my thoughts until I find peace and a decision I feel good about. Writing down our thoughts enables us to make better decisions which create a better life.
