I was manic at the time of this less than optimally recorded podcast in October of 2021. You can hear it in my voice. I neglected myself care for so long preservering to work before I was ready. Then, in August my Medi-Cal ended and Kaiser and COVID-19 screwed me by leaving me without Psychotherapy AT ALL. Pill therapy was NOT enough by itself. In fact, I only needed psychotherapy really. I hesitated to publish this for so long. Much of what I recorded was during a time of tremendous stress. I was being stalked AGAIN by 2 strangers/neighbors undee the guise of being helpful and aggressively so! My mail was being stolen. I thought I had moved from the ghetto, but I forgot. This was STILL public housing. I DIGRESS... *breathing* Here goes everything...
