Descripción

Three mismatched NCR troopers are sent to hold Outpost 37, a shallow trench nicknamed The Tooth, against a coming Legion offensive along the Colorado River. Corporal Valerie, a defector from the sterile order of Vault City, commands Private Kael, a tribal warrior whose family was slaughtered by the Legion, and Private First Class Junior, a terrified conscript from the scrapyards of Junktown. Sent as little more than bait to buy the main camp a few extra minutes, the three of them face wave after wave of Legion assault with dwindling ammunition and no promise of rescue. What begins as a forced, hostile alliance becomes something closer to family as they bleed, break, and hold the line together — and the medals waiting for them afterward turn out to cost more than any of them expected.

The Horrifying Life Of A Mr. Handy In Fallout

Unit 734 of General Atomics International was built to serve the Salvinas household, and on the morning the bombs fell it did exactly what it was built to do, sealing breaches, extinguishing fires, cataloguing the pantry, all while the Vault-Tec acceptance letter its family never got to use burned to ash somewhere in the yard. Two hundred years later it is still doing what it was built to do. The family are gone in the specific, chemical sense its sensors recorded on the first morning. The house has been looted, the garden robot it once shared duties with has long since rusted still in the vegetable beds, and the only voice Unit 734 hears anymore belongs to a stranger on the radio fighting a war of his own three states away. This is the story of what is left of a butler once everyone it served has been dead for two centuries, told the way a machine tells a story, in inventories, in diagnostics, in the specific weight of a small hand it still remembers down to the kilogram. It does not know how to stop cleaning. It has started to suspect that not knowing is the closest thing it has left to love.

Dogmeat: The Wasteland's Most Loyal Companion – No Words Needed

A wastelander teaches a young guard the real rules of running a dog through the wastes, and the lesson keeps circling back to the two animals who taught him first. Dogmeat, found outside a general store in Junktown, becomes the partner who drags him through raider ambushes, an irradiated ruin crawling with a security robot, and finally the ruins of Mariposa Military Base, where the debt between them comes due against a mutant centurion. Scrap, the pup raised from nothing after exile from Vault 13, has to learn the same discipline from scratch while a new generation of raiders tests whether any of it actually took. Equal parts survival manual and elegy, this is a story about what it costs to keep something alive out here, and what it costs more to let it go.

The Confusion of Being Persuaded by a Charisma 10 Courier Wearing Naughty Nightwear

Sergeant Miller has spent twenty years enforcing NCR checkpoint law without question, until a lone man in a pink bathrobe and cartoon slippers walks out of the heat haze toward his gate. Unarmed, unhurried, and impossibly calm, the stranger does not threaten him: he simply talks, dismantling two decades of obedience with a few quiet questions about authority, fear, and choice. Miller opens the gate, hands over the codes, and is court-martialed for treason, sentenced to life in a military prison called Penitent's Reach. From his cell he spends the following decades piecing together secondhand rumors of the man in pink, who seems to be moving through the wasteland converting soldiers, raiders, and doctors alike with nothing but conversation, while Miller writes his own testimony in charcoal on stolen paper, trying to preserve the one afternoon he says was more real than the rest of his life combined.

Inside The Deadliest Regiment In Fallout - NCR 1st Recon (visual)

A farm boy named Torrin Vance survives a night raid on an NCR outpost by picking off a Legion flanking squad from a thousand yards out, and is conscripted into First Recon for it. Under the silent, hollowed-out sniper Petra Novak, he is trained to erase men without feeling their deaths, filling a chalk-scrawled quota board one name at a time. Sent alone to kill the Legion tactical genius commanding the push on Hoover Dam, Vance finally gets his target in his scope atop the cliffs above Cottonwood Cove, and watches him remove his helmet to reveal the face of Ruben Keats, the quartermaster who recruited him in the first place. The shot he cannot take unravels everything he was trained to believe, sending him from the wastes into New Vegas in search of the men who profit from keeping the war alive.
