In this Episode we explore beyond the Pop word of Mindfulness, but what it means to be living in a time with so much anxiety and uncertainty. Learn to stop, take a deep breath and understand it really is ok to enjoy some of the slower pace we have right now. It's also so important to keep your mind and body active to stay healthy. Set yourself time to get up and out, sure in Melbourne right now we only get one hour a day, but maybe break it into 3 x 20 minute sessions to keep active. It is also more than okay to allow yourself to feel the emotions, close your eyes and really acknowledge how you are feeling and reach out to someone for support.
