1: Reading My Journal

Hello my lovely friends! The first episode is finally out and I could not be more excited. We do a deep dive into the inspiration behind this podcast and a bit of my story. It would seem too boring to keep it at that, so I decided to spice it up! I pick up my ol dusty journal and decide to read one of my first journal entries as a 20 year old. I felt there was no better way to start the podcast than to dive head first and be as vulnerable as I could get. Being in your 20s is hard and I hope we can all relate to one another as we navigate this shit. Much love! I can't wait for what's ahead.
