Just shift your focus to the most important goal of them all - and that’s self improvement.  Behavior goals produce better people. And the best version of yourself will give you the most realistic opportunity for success. It’s amazing to see a client lose 12lbs instead of 10lbs. Simply because their behavior enabled them to reach the desired outcome without focusing on it. You’ll be surprised how setting goals like not eating fast food for a month. Drinking a gallon of water a day for 2 weeks. Or committing to making all of your training sessions for a period of time will bring you so much closer to the outcomes you desire
