Claude Frizzell Bloodgood III

This dude is not a vampire... From the Wiki!! Claude Frizzell Bloodgood III (alias: Klaus Frizzel Bluttgutt III; July 14, 1937 – August 4, 2001) was a controversial American chess [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chess] player. As a young man, he got into trouble with the law and was arrested several times. He was sentenced to death [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capital_punishment] in 1970 after having been convicted of murdering his mother, although this sentence was later commuted to life in prison [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Life_imprisonment].[2] [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Claude_Bloodgood#cite_note-2] While in prison, he remained a very active chess player, playing a large number of correspondence games [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Correspondence_chess] and rated games with other inmates. Over time, he achieved a very high ranking in the United States Chess Federation [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Chess_Federation] (USCF) by playing in a closed pool, which allowed rating manipulation. He died in prison in 2001. episode Charles The Piano Man Yukl artwork
Charles The Piano Man Yukl

Charles Yukl Jr. was an American convicted murderer and serial offender from New York. He was first convicted in 1966 for the brutal killing of a young dancer named Suzanne Reynolds, a crime for which he served just over five years before being paroled. Shockingly, less than a year after his release, Yukl murdered another woman, Karin Schlegel, in 1973. The second murder led to public outrage over the parole system's failure. Yukl ultimately confessed and was sentenced to 25 years to life. In 1982, he died by suicide in prison. His case remains a grim example of the dangers of early release for violent offenders. Prior to this, he was on the run for his 1986 home invasion [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Home_invasion] where he hid inside the walls of the Bowen family in Pepperell, Massachusetts [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pepperell,_Massachusetts] for over a year.
