SEASON TWO: Episode 6 - Snakes On A Porch

The Codeswitchers Podcast is back and moisturized for your pleasure! Tony throws another topic in the air for the new ELJAY Reacts segment that's 100% worth the listen (5:15). After the preliminaries, the guys lock in on Mark Cuban's interesting decision to not play the National Anthem before his NBA home games (16:36). They also take a bit to address the permaban on Trump's Twitter account(s) (30:40), and then the guys address a couple of topics that grinds our gears, such as vaccine rumors and social media behaviors (47:30). SEASON TWO: Episode 5 - Den of Thieves

Tony surprised LJ with a new mini-segment - "Reaction Time" - that seems to be a mainstay for the rest of the season (10:20). Afterwards, the guys tentatively walk back their endorsement of Kanye West's Sunday Service project amid growing lawsuit claims (22:28). The guys shift focus to get serious for a moment with this week's round of politics surrounding Marjorie Taylor Green, Ilhan Omar, and the AOC's recent admittance of being a sexual assault victim (34:05). SEASON TWO: Episode 4 - You're New Here

Today's episode starts off a little... interesting, but after sorting out the details, L.J. and Tony decide to let their friend Eric stick around as the first ever guest! After a quick pulse check (including L.J.'s close encounter with the recent tornado to touch down in the Birmingham area), the guys pay respects to Larry King, Sekou Smith, and the one-year mark of Kobe Bryant's passing (21:00). That's followed by the obligatory politics section, which includes the Trump Pardons and initial Inauguration thoughts (40:35) and capped off with a victorious return of the Elimination Chamber (69:00). A new week brings new topics for Tony and L.J. to discuss, but not before the return of Tony's Education Appropriation, based around the "unpopular" quotes from Martin Luther King, Jr (11:53). The guys then dive headfirst into the 1776 Report and why it's a waste of time (43:29). Afterwards, the mood shifts as they address the comments of one of Armaud Arbery's killers trying to play the race card (56:30).
