In this mobile edition of Notes from the Pulpit, I lay out some of the generational divisions that are taking place before going into some of the basic beliefs of Dispensationalism. Hall's (mis)characterization of Dispensationalism's origins beginning with John Nelson Darby is classic historical regurgitation. He and many others have used Darby as a scapegoat for an otherwise complex movement that developed over time. Finally, and more importantly, Hall, as with so many others, claim that God's future plan for Israel is limited to dispensational beliefs. It's simply not true. That God isn't finished with Israel has been the majority position held by Christians since the New Testament, including the Reformed, Puritans, Charles Spurgeon, Martyn Lloyd-Jones, and others.

Unscripted: The Alien Disclosure

In this anything goes Unscripted, the FPP duo discuss the topic of aliens and the recent string of Government declassification of documents. To kick off the discussion we offer a couple theories about what could happen before offering three theories to explain what's really going on. Whatever gets released and whatever direction they take this disclosure, as Christians we can rest confidently in the God of all creation knowing that we have been given a place of dignity and royalty as being made in the image of God and are now being conformed to the image of Christ. In other words, we have absolutely nothing to fear.
