In the depths of uncertainty, she turned to two lifelines: freediving and music.  The ocean gave her freedom, and music reminded her that vibration heals. Out of this union came not only recovery but an entirely new chapter in her artistry, one rooted in resilience, transformation, and depth. Shelita’s story is not only one of survival.
