An optimist at heart, Christy uses her work in the DEI space to focus on the positive while pushing for constructive change.  She shares that her mother and her grandmother were both doctors at a time when having female physicians (in the 1940s and 50s) was almost unheard of, making Christy’s grandmother a trailblazer.
