In this episode I dive into 4 things that either parents or coaches can do to support your teens/athletes mental health. With the way of the world over the last 15 months mental health has been hugely impacted across the board but in elite level sport it has been quite large in having had a lot taken away. So it’s our mission to empower coaches, parents and athletes to navigate these challenges and building mind fitness to ensure their inner strength to overcome any adversity and even more than that to be able to part of the 5%(and grow that stat) of those that will reach their potential and achieve what they desire.
