Descripción

Kaila’s Keys: Stop giving full access before people prove they can handle it. Class Notes: You are not required to trust anyone immediately. Whether it is a friendship, family relationship, romantic connection, teacher, or business relationship, people must consistently prove who they say they are. I used to give everything upfront, my time, energy, information, loyalty, and support, then wait to be reimbursed later. That way of living drained me. You cannot keep offering top-level access to people when you do not even know whether they genuinely like you, respect you, or intend to remain consistent. This does not mean becoming suspicious of everyone. It means slowing down, allowing relationships to develop in stages, and watching how people move. Do not skip the process of getting to know someone because you see their potential or feel an immediate connection. Trust should be built through consistency, not promises. When Helping Becomes Interfering

Kaila’s Keys: Let people feel what they feel without making it your responsibility to fix it. Class Notes: I had to learn that constantly trying to make people feel better was not always helpful. Sometimes I was offering advice nobody asked for, anticipating needs that were never expressed and pouring energy into situations that were not mine to manage. Pulling back was difficult because fixing, helping and overgiving had become automatic. Changing that behavior felt like withdrawal, and sometimes I slipped back into old habits. But growth requires grace. You are learning how to respond differently, and you may not get it right every time. Mind your business, focus on your own alignment and allow people to experience their emotions without rushing in to rescue them. Support people when support is requested, but stop assuming every uncomfortable feeling is yours to remove. And keep a notebook nearby. When something speaks to you, write it down. The message you record today may be the reminder you need later. What May Need to Be Cleared: Overgiver Loop Energetic Bleed Fix It All Syndrome Repeating Pattern Hook Overwhelm Imprint
