The company is eager to develop artwork and promotional strategies, although each new step comes with another fee for Barbara to pay. The costs are consuming most of her retirement savings, and when PageTurner claims that Hollywood is interested in the movie rights to one of Barbara's books, she suspects the company might be a fraud.

How One Family Stopped a Crypto Romance Scam

A late-night call from their son Brian has Barry and Joan concerned. Brian sounds panicked and says he urgently needs $280,000.
