What do you do when everything you've worked for finally arrives, and it still doesn't feel right? In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Meg Davis, Coach and Intuitive based in Northern California. With over a decade of experience working with clients across the world, Meg combines coaching, energy healing, and intuitive readings to help people who are quietly outgrowing their lives find their way back to something that actually fits. Meg's clients aren't usually in crisis. They've created success on paper. But something has shifted, a career that no longer excites them, a relationship that's changed, children who've grown up and left, or a spiritual identity that the old frameworks can't hold anymore. They find Meg at the moment they're most open to living differently. What drew me into this conversation is how honestly Meg talks about her own journey into this work. She never set out to become a healer or an intuitive. She came to energy work to manage herself better, at a time when her relationship, her career, and the life she'd imagined were all falling apart simultaneously. An energy healer told her she was intuitive. Without thinking, Meg's response was simply: I know. That moment of recognition sent her on a path that led her to Reiki attunement, to discovering she was a highly sensitive person and empath, and ultimately to the work she does today 😊. She also shares something that took real courage: for years, she softened her messaging because she was afraid of being seen as too woo woo. She built programmes and found language she thought would reach more people, and it didn't land. This year, she stepped into talking about her work the way she actually feels called to. That kind of honesty is rare and worth listening to. In this episode, we explore: ➤ Who Meg's work is really for, and why the people who need it most are often the ones quietly outgrowing a life that looks perfectly fine from the outside ➤ How combining intuitive readings with coaching accelerates results, and what it actually feels like when someone can read your energy before you've found the words yourself ➤ The role of spiritual practice in letting go of control, and why embracing something greater than yourself isn't about belief, it's about liberation ➤ Why the people who struggle most with spiritual identity are often the ones who don't fit neatly into organised religion or new age frameworks, and how Meg helps them build something that actually makes sense for their life ➤ What divine timing really means in practice, and the story of a client whose professional breakthrough only became possible once she addressed what was happening beneath the surface This episode is for anyone who's been quietly wondering if the life they've built is still the right one, and who's curious whether there's a softer, more intuitive way to figure out what comes next. Astra Soulfeather: You Already Know You're Good. What If You're Actually Great?

What if the reason you're not living your most extraordinary life isn't a lack of effort, but a belief that it's all on you? In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Astra Soulfeather, Personal Transformation Coach, speaker and author. Their work is built around one central truth: that talented people who know they're good often have a quiet inkling they might actually be great, and that the gap between the two isn't filled by trying harder. It's filled by something most coaching models completely leave out. Astra works with people who are living what they describe as a half-hearted life. Competent, capable, often successful by external measures, but bored, holding back, and quietly aware that something much bigger is available to them. What makes their approach distinctive is a coaching framework that's been deliberately built to disrupt one of the core assumptions in almost every personal development model out there. Most coaching frameworks, Astra explains, place all responsibility on the individual. You set the goal, you do the work, you control the outcome. That level of hyper-responsibility is exactly what exhausts people and keeps them stuck in cycles of burnout and repeat patterns. The results Astra describes are both bold and deeply sustainable. A secondary school art teacher of twenty years who is now a full-time artist with sold-out gallery shows and corporate commissions. A data governance professional who, through inner shifts rather than surface-level reinvention, is repositioning as a C-suite advisor and significantly increasing her day rate. The change, Astra says, isn't bombastic. It's an inner knowing that echoes out through every area of someone's life. In this episode, we explore: ➤ The fundamental flaw in most coaching models, and why hyper-responsibility is keeping talented people exhausted rather than extraordinary ➤ The Soul Driven Goals methodology, and what it means to only be responsible for 50% of your success ➤ What self-mastery actually looks like, and the difference between controlling yourself and truly knowing yourself This episode is for anyone who's good at what they do, knows it, and can't shake the feeling there's something greater waiting if they could only get out of their own way. Heather Lawson: Midlife Is Not a Crisis, It's an Invitation

What if midlife isn't a decline, but the moment you finally get to design a life that's actually yours? In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Heather Lawson, Founder and Midlife Coach at The Wild Becoming. Drawing on nature as both metaphor and guide, Heather supports women navigating the turning points of midlife with honesty, self-trust, and a deep reconnection to what truly matters. Heather's clients arrive at different ages, some in their mid-thirties, some in their sixties, but what unites them is a moment of reckoning. A redundancy they didn't see coming, a relationship shifting, children growing up, menopause bringing an unexpected identity crisis, or simply that quiet, unsettling question: is this it? Heather creates a space where women can finally put down what they've been carrying and begin to hear themselves again. In her first sessions with a new client, she says she might only say three words. That kind of listening, she explains, is often the catalyst for everything that follows. What I found so compelling about Heather's story is that she's living the very journey she helps others through. After 34 years in corporate life, she left to start The Wild Becoming, retrained as a therapeutic coach, and then, in January of this year, received a breast cancer diagnosis. Rather than derail her, she describes it as a kind of deepening, something that has made her braver, more present with her clients, and more certain than ever that now is always the right time to start 😊. In this episode, we explore: ➤ Why midlife is a season, not a crisis, and how nature offers a different, more generous way to understand where you are ➤ What brings women to Heather's work, from unexpected redundancy and divorce to menopause-related identity shifts and that quiet sense that something has to change ➤ The power of being truly listened to, and why creating a safe space before anything else is the foundation of Heather's approach ➤ The results that become possible, from bold career changes and solo travel to the quieter, equally powerful shift of feeling at peace in your own skin This episode is for any woman who's at a turning point and wondering whether it's too late to want something different. It isn't. Isaac Davis: From Prison to Purpose, and the Meaning That Changed Everything

What if the life you've been working so hard toward isn't actually the life that means the most to you? In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Isaac Davis, Founder and Transformation Coach at Logos Coaching. Isaac's work draws from existential psychology, logotherapy, and narrative identity theory, rooted in the ideas of Viktor Frankl and Dan McAdams, to help people build lives that feel genuinely meaningful, not just outwardly successful. Isaac works with a wide range of people: prison leavers, executives and CEOs, people in the entertainment industry, and anyone who's hit a point where they have the goals, the actions, even some of the results, but still feel lost or misaligned. His approach goes beyond performance coaching to ask the deeper question: does this thing you're working towards actually mean something to you? What struck me most in this conversation is how Isaac talks about the goals many of us are chasing. So often they were set by an older version of ourselves, shaped by someone else's expectations, or handed down by culture and society without us ever really choosing them. Isaac first encountered coaching while serving time in prison, through an organisation called Spark Inside. Watching coaches hold space for people who were completely lost, not advising them, not directing them, just asking where do you want to go, he knew immediately: that's what I want to do. When he was released, meaning became the thread that guided his own trajectory toward wellbeing and fulfillment. And now it's the work he brings to others. In this episode, we explore: ➤ What logotherapy and meaning-centred coaching actually look like in practice, and why Viktor Frankl's ideas are more relevant now than ever ➤ The problem with performance-based goals, and how chasing outcomes set by an older version of yourself keeps you misaligned ➤ The meaning mapping process, and how it helps clients discover what truly lights them up rather than what they think they should want ➤ How transformation begins with being heard, and why Isaac's starting point is the belief that people don't need fixing This episode is for anyone who's ever hit a milestone and still felt something was off. If you're at a crossroads and not quite sure which way to turn, this conversation offers a grounding, genuinely human perspective on what it means to live well. Jenny Elinora: Why Joy Is a Choice You Make Every Single Day

What if joy isn't something you earn at the end of the week, but something you choose right now, in the middle of the ordinary? I'm joined today by Jenny Elinora, JOY Weaver and Visionary Creatrix of the Everyday JOY™ System. Jenny helps women, particularly those navigating transitions like divorce, career change, or midlife reinvention, move out of perfectionism, fear, and self-doubt and into play, soul-deep expression, and genuine freedom. Her work is rooted in a deceptively simple but profound idea: joy isn't a destination or a reward. It's a daily practice, woven into the ordinary moments, the caregiving, the work, the responsibilities, all of it. And when you start doing that consistently, even in tiny ways, something shifts in your nervous system, your creativity, and your whole sense of self. Jenny's own journey to this work is one I found deeply moving. She spent much of her life disconnected from her own creative voice, until at 33 she finally started writing her own music, and a little flourishing began. It was the loss of her mother in 2019 that catalysed something bigger. Out of that grief, she found her whole voice, releasing solo albums, creating her own art, and eventually building the business and the system she now shares with others. She was 50 when that particular chapter opened. She's living proof that creative wholeness doesn't have an expiry date 😊. One client arrived having written, and abandoned, the same book for 40 years. Through their work together, she finished it within a year. In this episode we explore: ➤ Why weaving joy into your daily life matters more than saving it for the weekend, and what it does to your nervous system over time ➤ What becomes possible when women stop carrying guilt about being themselves, and start following their own creative impulse ➤ Why joy is a choice, not a feeling you wait for, and what that means in the middle of real life pressures This episode is for any woman who knows she's been deferring her own joy, and is ready to weave it back in, starting today.
