Descripción

Summer doesn't have to come with a big price tag to feel magical. In this episode, I'm sharing what our budget-friendly summer actually looks like (hint: swim lessons and Toy Story 5 are basically the whole list), plus a huge round-up of ideas from friends and community members covering everything from library hacks to free museum days to the best $0 backyard activities, along with a couple of reflective questions to help you figure out what would actually make this summer feel good to you. Resources mentioned: • Museums for All (discounted museum admission for SNAP/EBT families): museums4all.org [https://www.museums4all.org] • USDA Summer Food Service Program site finder (free summer meals for kids): fns.usda.gov/sfsp/sitefinder [https://www.fna.usda.gov/sfsp/sitefinder] • Join the conversation in Mommy Mastermind, my free Skool community: www.skool.com/mommy-mastermind-2336/ [https://www.skool.com/mommy-mastermind-2336/]

S3 | Ep 107: Bite Off More Than You Can Chew

If you've ever talked yourself out of something ambitious because it felt like too much, this episode is for you. I'm sharing a chaotic, messy, fun Memorial Day baking experience and what it taught me about stretching your capacity, building self-efficacy, and how to tell the difference between resting and shrinking. If you're a recovering perfectionist or just someone who needs permission to go for the exciting thing, pull this one up. Click here to join "Mommy Mastermind," my free Skool community. S3 | Ep 105: How to Keep Moving on Hard Weeks

Some weeks kick your butt. Family stuff, hormones, tech issues, life. It is during weeks like these when it feels like our only options are to push ourselves to hard or quit altogether. In this episode I'm opening up about my own journey from type-A overachiever to health crisis to healing girl era to realizing the pendulum had swung way too far. And I'm sharing the Minimum Viable Week framework I use in my Skool community to stay consistent even when I really don't feel like it. Click here to join "Mommy Mastermind," my free Skool community. S3 | Ep 104: I Asked. You Answered.

Before launching this podcast, I sent out a survey. You took the time to fill it out, and today I'm sharing the results so you can see who else is in the room. Respondents came from all over: full-time working moms, established business owners, stay-at-home moms, military families, and single moms, most with toddlers at home. In this episode I'm sharing what you told me: the time gap between the hours you have and the hours you want, the real strategies you're using to carve out space for yourselves, and the episode topics you're most excited about. The support situations across this community were all over the map, and that shaped how I think about this show and who it's for. What is your celebration formula? Send me a message and let me know.
