Media becomes stored into your brain and influences your emotions and interactions with the world. On this episode I'm speaking with, Jordan, the founder of NO BS Media where we discuss the issue of media having an agenda to control you and others. Growing up I use to cringe when I heard someone tried online dating however now as an adult this is one of the most common ways of meeting compatible partners. Reports indicate over 37% of adults have at least tried online dating. On this episode I host my girlfriend Jami who I have also met through online dating. Mental Health/Social Media

Acknowledging the problem is the beginning to coming up with a solution. It's simple. Social media is highly addictive and it's designed this way. This episode I'm hosting with my guest Rashad as we cover the impacts of social media within our community. Social media has provided many opportunities for people to thrive and be successful however studies show heavy uses of social media has a direct correlation with our mental health. Overusing our phones takes us away from the moment and being present with reality. It causes our brains to be overstimulated which makes our routine in life appear dull and lacking. I personally enjoyed this topic because it's applicable to majority and I know many can relate. Hope you all enjoy!
