I had a talk with a friend the other day that really had me thinking. What motivates us? How can I reach him and get him to act on the things that make ME fired up to work hard? That got me thinking that maybe motivation is a part of the problem. Motivation alone is not enough, it's too brittle. Thank you everyone who listens, it helps a ton.
