In today’s episode of “Truthfully with Judith” I shared my view on Spirituality and its effect in relation to sex. This topic might not be trendy, but I think people deserve to know the truth about the after effect of having sex and why sex shouldn’t be a “fun game” because it has a lot to do with the spiritual realm and as such the result is being deposited in the physical realm in form of sicknesses etc. I truly hope this resonates with someone. DIE EMPTY

Buried inside of you is greatness, talents, God-given gifts that God has blessed you with, but you need to stop being selfish and tap into that which you are so you can help others too. You are not here for self, you are here to find yourself first, then help others find themselves. Stop holding back and share your gifts with the world. You are more than who you think you are. There are lots of untapped talents, gifts in the grave yard, so I encourage you not to DIE FULL but DIE EMPTY by sharing your greatness with the world. The world needs you!!!!

Men and Emotions

This is not a gender-based topic, and as such I’d not want anyone to feel offended in anyway. In this episode I had to focus on men because I feel the society don’t talk about it. People are going through a lot and the only way to heal is by expressing their emotions. There are lots of broken people that needs fixing; they act like they are perfect on the outside but on the inside, they are going through torture which leads to depression and suicide. We need to do better!!

Spirituality and Marijuana

Personally I think everybody has a choice to make and if smoking makes you feel better, then do it but remember “When the purpose of a thing is not known, abuse is inevitable”. You have the power to decide what is good for your soul and what isn’t. I do not encourage doing something that’d damage you but I will never force you. Make the right decisions suitable for your soul, spirit, mind and body.
