Descripción

Victor Varnado moved to New York in 1997. By 1999 he was in End of Days with Arnold Schwarzenegger and The Adventures of Pluto Nash with Eddie Murphy. Then he walked away from that path because Hollywood only wanted him playing the same type of role. Since then he has written for Marvel and Vice, produced television, done stand-up as King Supernuts, and built a business called High Score Game Arcade, a B2B video game publisher creating custom games for brands. His current project is the Worldwide Tic-Tac-Toe Championship, a live gamified broadcast system he patented 30 minutes before this interview, designed in part to identify high fluid intelligence through simple tic-tac-toe strategy. Plus mushroom stories at Eric Andre's birthday party, the master plan for world domination, and why he thinks video games are no different from a great novel.

Why AI Will Never Replace Your Humanness

In the age of AI the people who stand out online are not the most polished. They are the most alive. Lola Love is a personal brand and visibility strategist with 11 years and 400 plus clients and her answer to standing out in an AI dominated world is simple — be ridiculously human raw and real. Her second ever viral post was a carousel of her and two girlfriends covered in mud on a beach in Hawaii. That was not a strategy. That was her highest joy. And that is exactly the point. She also opens up about getting cyberbullied in Bali into crippling shame that shut down her entire business, how tantra helped her alchemize it, coming back with a rap and a fire she did not have before, moving to Austin and rebuilding from nothing, and why she is now co-creating her own raspberry rose cacao flavor with Holy Wow Cacao. Plus the bath cast. Plus positive pranks. Plus what actually makes someone go viral.

The Candy Industry Has Been a Poison Factory for Decades and Two Founders Exposed It.

Most candy leaves a residue in your mouth that makes you feel like you did something wrong. These two founders decided that was insane. Ben Hindman and Savannah Wolfe built LELICK — electrolyte lollipops made with organic honey potassium magnesium and zero dyes. No shortcuts no cheap marketing no sexual innuendos. Just a genuinely good product that started with a high idea at a Skrillex concert landed after 30 plus formula iterations and now has strangers buying subscriptions six weeks after launch. They talk about the origin story the manufacturing nightmare the team running on pure equity and why the candy industry is basically a poison factory that nobody has bothered to fix yet.
