Episode 04. Today's lesson is an overview of a hard lesson I had to learn in being accountable. I know you've already heard me preach about accountability but here I apply a real life application to a situation I went through. Being unaccountable made the situation worse than it was and difficult to manage. However after taking full accountability, I gained a new relationship, respect and a new found sense of satisfaction. The process of change.

Todays episode I discuss the process of change and why people fall off. It goes back to accountability and touches upon the topic of being consistent. One big factor as to why people fail to change is due to an inability to plan properly. When attempting to make a change in your life it is so important to do the proper planning. Goal setting, routine building and daily to do lists are the only way to hold yourself accountable and hold yourself to a higher standard to achieve change.
