I noticed a few new people joined this little corner of the internet recently, so I thought it’d be nice to do a small Q&A and let you get to know me a bit better. Somewhere along the way, it turned into a very honest conversation. I didn’t even get through all the questions, so consider this Part 1. Part 2 is definitely coming.

So...That Was Q1

So yeah…the first three months of 2026 are already behind us, which feels a bit crazy. I found myself thinking about how the year actually started for me; not the plans, but what really happened. The good parts, the not-so-good parts, and the moments that just stayed with me. In this episode, I’m just talking through five things that stood out from my Q1. Nothing deep, just me checking in with myself out loud.

Does It Bother You Too?

Sometimes when I realize I’ve hurt someone, it stays with me. Even if it wasn’t intentional, there’s a kind of heaviness that doesn’t go away until I try to make it right. That thought led me down a rabbit hole I’ve been curious about for a while. When people hurt me, do they feel the same way? Does it sit with them too, or do they just move on with their lives? In this episode, I talk through that curiosity and reflect on what it feels like to be on both sides of hurt.

How Do I Even Say This

This episode came from a thought I’ve been carrying for a while. When you have a heavy past and you’re meeting new people, there’s always that moment where you wonder if, and how, you should say anything at all. I talk about that hesitation, the fear of being seen differently, and the quiet worry of whether people will stay once they know your story. It’s not a guide or a lesson, just me saying the thought out loud for anyone who’s ever struggled with what parts of themselves to share.
