Last week, we created our very own Content Library with images, videos, and inspiration, and bucketed them into our communication pillars. What Batch Creating Looks like the Just Imagine Marketing Way: * Breaking out your marketing work into 60 minutes a week this works for messaging within Social Media, Newsletter, Automated emails and more. * Grab the timer and your favorite drink - leave the phone in the other room. * 20-minutes Captions ONLY- Draft as many as you can based on the prompts and n * 20-minutes Visuals (photos, graphics, videos etc.) Create in Canva your templates, saving brand colors and fonts, and work within a document for the month, creating your visuals pulling from your library of images and videos. * 20-minutes Scheduling. Within whatever your favorite scheduling system is Meta has one for Facebook and Instagram easily linked. Schedule away. A TRUE Set it and Forget it Method. Important to pause and recognize that most people feel like Captions are HARD. Here is what will take away the weight of creating captions: * Stop TRYING to sound so professional. You are a Professional - they want to hear from YOU. * Stuck in the overthinking and editing - suck time away from us the timer and goal to write 5-7 captions each time - moves this away. Have to work this muscle of confidence by just leaning it and doing it a little scared and overthinking. * Most people will edit their personality out of the caption. But people choose to work with people they like - they need a chance to hear from and get to know you. Your voice consistently builds trust and connection. Write like talk ... simply said. Staying Authentic while Creating Ahead * Leave space for real-time moments. * Keep stories personal share your life. * Don't remove the human element the typo, the mispronunciation. Untangle Your Marketing Moment: Kicking Off an 8 Week Summer Series to share pratical break downs of how to get marketing your business from overwhelmed to clear - consistent - connected - converting by creating systems that work. Building Communication Pillars: Take a sheet of paper fold it in half twice open it up so you have the four sections. Draw a big circle in the middle and a line from left to right breaking the circle into halfs. In the top section of the circle, write out your mission + your why you do what you do. In the bottom of the circle, write who is your idea customer/audience - who are you having coffee with when pitching your business too. Starting in the top left section write out the following pillars and then fill in what falls within that: - Pillar 1: Problem/Education (call out the problem - share education on how you solve it) - Pillar 2: Authority Expertise (your background studies/certifications/degrees past client work/reflections on projects- commentary on current research/methods etc.) - Pillar 3: Celebrate Successes / Client Testimonials (personal business wins/reflections/celebrations - client reviews/testimonials) - Pillar 4: Offers/Promotiosn (the how you do what you do) Realize that you create trust in repetition. You do not need a new message every day - not even necessarily a new post every day. Your eeral times - "Hey I solve XXX" in a Post, a Story, a Reel, and a carousel - once a month minimum. Strong message mean - Share, wash repackage + repeat. Ask yourself the following and journal this out: - What do you want people to know about_______? -What do you want people to know about you? - What do you want people to feel when they interact with you? With your business? - What action do you want them to take?
