The journey to self-discovery often starts with a significant life event. For me, it was my recent experiences of trauma, including a car accident that left me with physical and emotional scars. This event forced me to confront the reality of my situation and recognize the necessity of healing. I learned that acknowledging our struggles is the first step towards reclaiming our power.
