Novi Community Schools, just like every other district in America, had to pivot in a matter of just a few weeks to a distance learning model. This was definitely a team effort but one person was an integral part of that effort and made the transition much easier for many educators in her district. Kathleen Ader discusses her quarantined life and where she thinks education will go from here.
