A big update after a break

After a month to myself I’m ready to update you regarding my situation.

Thanks for your patience

I missed a week, nobody is perfect and it was for a valid reason.  Between my podcasts and the new lifestyle that I find myself creating for myself and my children (challenges along the way) I have to say I’m really proud!
