This episode talks a lot about having one focus going into training so you can get better at the details which ultimately get you the results you want. Something I notice is athletes go into a training session and they don’t always have a focus. They just want to “get better” or “focus on shooting.” Shooting has so many parts that you have to be more specific. Getting better is very broad. Take some time to pick on focus for your training session and only focus on that with every rep. Watch how you walk away feeling more accomplished and satisfied because you could feel yourself getting better. You know for a fact you got better at one thing.
