Descripción

On this episode I talk with three time Pan Kids IBJJF Jiu-Jitsu Championship Liam Zeh. This kid is someone to keep an eye on in the Jiu Jitsu world and is headed towards ADCC championships. At 16 he has been training longer than most adults in the gym and is a natural but also puts in the work. Don't mis this podcast.

Xtreme Lyfe 83 - Amy Bream

On this episode of Xtreme Lyfe, Crossfit Games adaptive athlete Amy Bream shares her inspirational story. Below is a little bit about Amy in her own words.  I’m a Nike adaptive athlete with a passion for challenging myself with new boundaries and physical limits. I was born with PFFD, meaning I’m missing the majority of my right leg. I’ve never had an amputation and have used a prosthesis since I was one year old. I never pursued any type of athletics until after I moved to Nashville and started working out at a boxing gym in 2015. Since then, my skill and confidence as an athlete has grown exponentially. I started training and competing in CrossFit in 2021 in the adaptive lower extremity division. Since then I have competed in both the 2021 and 2022 Crossfit Games, WheelWod Games, and have won my division at Wodapalooza in both 2022 and 2023. https://www.youtube.com/@xtremelyfe4946
