Dan has his 2nd paycheck and is using the same method - save, invest in retirement funds, and have fun. He also tells us about his favorite rides in Busch Gardens, Williamsburg. Mama Moment is a time for true confession - fears, worries, being torn in different directions between Dan's needs and the needs and wants of the other children.

When I moved into cohousing I wanted to have a podcast about it. My neighbor had also recently moved in and has a successful podcast on another topic. He showed me the ropes and let me do a  short interview with him. Maybe someday I'll call him back for that follow up I planned to do.  He talks about why he moved in and what he thinks after a few months.
