#8 - Snooze to Success - How standing up at 5 a.m. has changed my life â°
Hey everybody! Welcome to Big Sister Chats, the podcast where we dive into all things mental health, physical well-being, and cultivating a positive mindset. âš
Get comfortable or pretend that weâre on a phone call like siblings who talk about life experiences. This is how I want this podcast to feel like - a place where you can share your worries and I can offer my advice and hopefully make you feel a bit better. đ
Whether itâs about growing in life or tackling everyday challenges, Iâve got you covered. đȘ
In this episode, we are talking about standing up early - whether that means 5 a.m., earlier or later. đ€
It seems the number one rule for a successful life is standing up early. Like ⊠really early.
Depending on who you ask, people stand up at six, five, four, even three in the morning. And it sounds a little crazy. But actually a lot of people do it. And because IÂŽm one of those crazy people, letÂŽs talk about standing up early.
ââIf we were having Coffee âŠââ
This is our format where I tell you a little bit about me and how my life is going right now. Itâs inspired by a newsletter from TheBlissBean
if we were having coffee âŠ
* I would tell you that ⊠Iâm working on my short movie project âOPSISâ a lot. We finally have all the music tracks ready and Iâm so excited to share them with the world.
* I would tell you that ⊠I found a new favorite cafĂȘ! There is a really cute one not too far from my place and they have so comfortable chair that are actually swings. Plus, they play so nice background music all the time.
* And I would tell you that ⊠Iâm already planning what to do after that short movie project is done - probably Iâll sign up for dance classes.
Now, if we were having coffee, Iâd also love to hear your stories. Actually, Spotify seems to have a feature now where you can comment directly under the episode. Or you can also let me know what has been going on in your life lately on YouTube or Instagram.

Growing up with three brothers, I always wished I had another woman to turn to for advice. If youâve ever felt the same way, youâre in the right place. đ
