Chris Kruse is eventually charged and tried for the murder of his wife. In the spring of 2020 he is acquitted. Chris maintains his innocence and Jan's family have stood behind him from the beginning, never waivering in their belief he had nothing to do with the death of Jan.The County Attorney says the case is closed.
