19- One Year Postpartum Special

Welcome to a special Sunday edition of HTH! This week I'm celebrating one whole year postpartum, and it's been a ride the last 12 months. I'm reflecting on the highs, the hard moments, the milestones, and the ways to navigate feeling like yourself again. I yap about postpartum hair loss (and the regrowth that seems to have a mind of its own) the emotions and anxiety, and what life looks like balancing being a mom of 3, work, and finding pieces of myself along the way. I also talk about my baby's first birthday plans because how did we get here?! We discuss the realities of balancing motherhood, farm life, along with her goals for her career when she returns from maternity leave.
