Ep55: Healing our inner child

Did anyone order raw emotions and vulnerability, because that is what is being served! The way we react or behave to certain situations is an invitation to learn more about ourselves, and rewrite any unwanted, outdated and unuseful ways of behaving. I want you to be curious, don’t hide away from it, this is your chance to do something different, create a different outcome.  I know, it feels uncomfortable sometimes to sit with our inner child, but notice what they're saying, how they're feeling, and be proactive with how we choose to respond, behave and then manage situations. We get to create the life we want, start looking at healing yourself, it all starts from within, and maybe your inner child just needs a big hug. You've got this. Big brain hugs, INMIY xoxo
