Every week our community has a group call. We discuss various topics and this one was one of my favorite calls. The community allows men to discuss some issues they face in their real lives and the community provides perspective to the situation. 25. David Meltzer - How Losing 100 Million Dollars Helped Him Find Happiness

David Meltzer served as CEO of the renowned Lee Steinberg Sports & Entertainment agency, which was the inspiration for the movie Jerry Maguire. He also Co-Founded Sports 1 Marketing, which is arguably the largest sports marketing firm in the world. He started with nothing, and then 9 months out of law school, became a multimillionaire. He had just built his dream home, he had bought a golf course, a ski mountain, and in the eyes of many, had accomplished “success” , but he felt empty and was completely unhappy with his life. Shortly after he filed for bankruptcy, lost it all, but then made it all back. Now David is a serial entrepreneur, who has now written two number #1 best selling book on the topic of success. Connected to goodness and Compassionate Capitalism: A journey to the soul of business. David shares what he learned about how when he had it all, he felt empty. From losing it all, he found how he can APPLY his why and not just searching for his why. Today his why is to inspire billions of people. This episode is a live conversation I had with someone and we got honest, authentic, and kept it real. I believe these live calls help the perspective of how we really create change. Ryan is the founder of multiple businesses in Australia, from Creative dreams agency who helps business all across the world with social media marketing, to investing in a new cleaning company. His marketing company has worked with big companies like Footlocker, Under Armor, Allstate, and Hilton Hotels. In this journey, Ryan gets REAL with us about how he started to create damage to his outside environment and community because he ignored the childhood trauma in his life. He gives us great tactics on how he subconsciously blocked out those things but they started to come out in other ways like anger, fear, and depression. This is a great conversation because i know how many people don't realize where there fear, anger, or depression comes from, and in this story, Ryan shows how it all stems from childhood trauma. 22. Justin Henderson- Every Setback Is A Setup For A Comeback

One of my favorite episodes we have recording to date. Justin is a perfect example of someone who turns a setback into a comeback. His story is full of moments where he could of quit, played the victim, and fell into self pity. But that's not what warriors do and Justin is the ultimate warrior.
