She is also the author of the bestselling mental health book, The Now Step: Manage Your Mental Health Without Going Over the Past, which provides readers with practical strategies for improving their mental well-being. In addition to her one to one therapy, Lyn runs an online anxiety membership called You V Anxiety, where she offers support and resources to individuals seeking to manage their anxiety effectively. Her approach combines evidence-based techniques with a compassionate understanding of the challenges faced by those experiencing anxiety, making her a valuable resource in the mental health community.
