Difference 2 The creative strategy requires two different approaches. Brand relevance is based on a unique point of view for B2B, while brand recall for B2C is based on a unique communication proposition. Brand recall in B2B only serves as an additional point and is not relevant in the decision-making process. Difference 3 The buyer journey for B2B is much more complex as we will be working with a committee of 3, 4, or more people who will make the purchasing decision.
