There are many ways to protect yourself in sticky situations, but Jocelyn Castillo’s go-to tool is, well, herself. After a career ending injury while training to become an MMA fighter, Jocelyn turned to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, or BJJ, to continue her passions. In this episode she sits down with the girls to dive into her life as a mechanical engineer by day, and personal safety advocate through BJJ by night. Jocelyn stresses the importance of situational awareness as well as being able to analyze and take the necessary steps to get out of any situation. Her passion for self defense then lead her to obtaining her permit to carry, and now she has set out to take as many firearm trainings as she can  and learn from many professionals to be well rounded in her endeavors. After spending her college years drinking the Kool Aid of leftist ideology, Annabella Rockwell returned back to being a full blown conservative and has set on a journey to educate other young women with what she wishes she could have learned when she was 20. In this episode, Amy and Emily sit down with Annabella to hear her story and years of being brainwashed while attending a liberal women’s college. She once worked for the Hillary campaign and cried when she learned her dad had boughten a firearm. Now, after being deprogrammed, has returned to her conservative values and wants to help others to avoid what she experienced herself.
